How much does a suit cost at Attire?
Two-piece suits start from £150 and three-piece suits from £210, from brands including Marc Darcy, Cavani and Paul Andrew. If you are buying five or more suits, for a wedding party for example, we normally take 10% off.
How much does suit hire cost in Huddersfield?
Suit hire at Attire starts from £100. A three-piece hire includes the jacket, waistcoat and trousers. Shirts, ties, accessories and shoes are not hired, but you can buy them from us to match.
How does suit hire work?
Come in to choose your suit and we measure you and book it in. You collect it two days before your event, paying a £100 security deposit when you take it away, and return it two days after. Every hire suit is kept in our Huddersfield shop, so it is fitted to you first.
How far ahead should we book wedding suit hire?
We recommend coming in at least three months before the wedding to choose and size your suits. We have also arranged hire in the same week when the stock is available, so it is worth calling us on 01484 621754 if you are short of time.
Do you offer private appointments?
Yes, and booking one is free. A first visit is a one-hour, one-to-one appointment: we take your measurements, talk through the look you want and guide you through our suits. You can walk in, but booking means we can spend more time with you.
Can our wedding party be fitted together?
Yes. We fit groups in store: a 30-minute fitting for 1 to 3 guests, a one-hour fitting for 4 to 7, and a 75-minute fitting for 8 or more, so the whole wedding party is measured and matched in one visit. Booking is free and done online.
Where can I get a suit altered or tailored in Huddersfield?
At Attire in Kingsgate Shopping Centre. We alter the suits we sell, and you can also bring in a suit you already own for alterations.
Do you sell children's suits?
Yes. Our children's suits go from age 1 to age 14, in the same styles as our men's suits, so boys in the wedding party can match the groom. They start from £99.99.
Do you sell tweed blazers?
Yes. We stock tweed check blazers from Marc Darcy, including the TED in tan and the DION in blue, at £174.99, with matching trousers and waistcoats to make a full suit.
